I live in Stoupa permanently and I am now building up a property management service. If you have a second home here you may want the security of knowing your home is being checked each month. Many second home owners would like to generate extra income by renting out their property. I can organise to arrange the cleaning and laundry, meet and greet incoming clients and provide a welcome pack if wanted.Individual arrangements can be made with each owner to tailor the service's needed.I also advertise properties for sale by local Greeks and can refer any purchasers to an English speaking solicitor in Kalamata.
I am also an agent for a foreign exchange company in London and can advise on the most cost effective ways to obtain the most Euro's for your pound which is important when transferring large amounts to Greece.
